- Please note: Prepayment orders by standard bank transfer can only be dispatched once the amount has been credited to our account.
- You will find the tracking link after we have dispatched the parcel in the dispatch confirmation that we send you by email and in your order status in your account under My Account.
- The shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of the items and displayed in the 2nd step of the shopping basket.
- If the actual shipping costs with DHL exceed the shipping costs calculated here, we reserve the right to add these to the invoice. In this case we will contact you.
Shipping within Germany
- The delivery time within Germany is 2-3 days as soon as the consignment has left our warehouse after receipt of payment.
