We attach great importance to sustainability and fair production conditions. We deliberately do not use any animal products, which means that all our products are vegan. We try to avoid plastic as much as possible or use recycled alternatives. Wherever possible, we try to meet organic standards and work with small and medium-sized companies from Europe. We are honest: this is not always 100% possible, but we always look at what is possible for each product, and when in doubt, we decide against a product altogether if it cannot be reconciled with our values.
Artists from all over the world support Sea-Watch with their creative work. Since Sea-Watch is funded entirely by donations, we are all the more grateful for any kind of voluntary support. If you would like to contribute a design, please send an email to shop@sea-watch.org
Civil sea rescue is political in itself, as its very existence takes a clear stand against the deadly approach of EU policy. As a consumer, you are part of this and support Sea-Watch and human rights in general on the streets by wearing our political demands and designs in your everyday life.
This varies from product to product due to production, storage, and logistics costs, as well as taxes. On average, approximately 10,- Euro per shirt sold and approximately 15,- Euro per hoodie sold goes directly to sea rescue. You can find specific calculation examples here.

Absolutely. You can choose the amount yourself and will receive the voucher by email after placing your order. Click here for the voucher.
A customer account is not required to place an order. You can also simply order as a guest. This way, we store as little data as possible.
We know that many online shops offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. In order not to further reduce the amount that goes directly to sea rescue operations – after deduction of production, storage, and logistics costs as well as taxes – we unfortunately have to pass on the shipping and packaging costs to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Your order will usually be shipped within three business days after receipt of payment. If your goods have not arrived within 10 business days, please first check the tracking status that we sent you by email with the shipping confirmation. If there are any problems, please contact us with your order number by email: shop@sea-watch.org
Please check that you have entered your email address correctly, as this is the most common reason for problems. If this is not the case, please contact us after 4 working days for clarificatio by email: shop@sea-watch.org.
In the Sea-Watch Shop, you can pay for your order with PayPal, PayPal installment plan or payment after 30 days, Apple Pay, Google Pay, prepayment by bank transfer, SOFORT by Klarna, credit card, paysafe card, EPS, iDEAL, Belfius, KBC, Bancontact, Przelewy24.
If your order has been canceled, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- You did not pay for your order within the 14-day payment period.
- You canceled your order yourself.
- PayPal/Mollie canceled your order because there were problems with the payment. In this case, please check your payment and contact us by email at shop@sea-watch.org. If you still want to receive the products, please just order again.
There are two ways to restart the canceled payment:
- In your order confirmation, you will find the link “Pay now” to complete your order.
- If you have created a customer account in the Sea-Watch Shop, you can view your order under “My Account.” There you can click on the “Pay” button to complete the order. If you have any questions or would like to place a guest order, simply send an email to: shop@sea-watch.org
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving a reason. You can find the cancellation form here.
You can exchange or return unworn and unwashed items to us within 30 days. Send the completed form (PDF Download) by mail or email to: shop@sea-watch.org and return the goods to us.
