Life should be a safe and peaceful environment for all humans and living beings. Just as we seek to save others on land, we also seek to take care of each other at sea and feel responsible for saving the lives of those whose lives are in danger. Maybe we need help one day and find ourselves in a critical situation... that's when we can feel this necessity.
